How do you create the best of both worlds with your shop?
You design and build a shouse (shop + house)! We took this shop and turned one end into a fully customized, family friendly, stunning space to call home.
Fully equipped with a gourmet chef’s kitchen, coffee/wine bar, walk-in pantry, two (yes, two!) mudrooms, living room complete with built-ins, sunroom, powder room, master bedroom, large double vanity ensuite with free-standing tub and huge shower, massive walk-in closet, laundry room, huge custom craft room and a new shop bathroom and bar. This home has not only all the luxuries offered by the property itself, but a ton of fun in the back and now a super functional high-end family home all in one.
We used light and bright finishes throughout and focused on durable finishes that worked for casual acreage living. Friends, family and pets alike will all feel welcome and comfortable. We expect a lot of fun parties will be happening here!
