Work With Us
1. Initial Consultation
Our proven process is what you can rely on for a seamless and stress-free design experience. The first step is an initial consultation discovery meeting in your home with both lead designers. You will see exactly what it will be like working with us as we provide you with real value and expertise to move your project forward.
2. Quote-Contract-Hired
We now have a good understanding of what services we need to deliver in your custom Design Package to best move your project forward. We provide a flat-fee quote at this step for your approval.
3. Site Measure + Photos
Our next step is closely reviewing any pre-existing architectural drawings, and completing a site measure documenting all existing elements, collecting site photos and bringing on site any necessary trades that will aid with your designs.
4. Design Phase
This is where the bulk of the work happens. We get to work and create your uniquely tailored Design Package. This includes a detailed drawing package and specifications for all required finishes, fixtures, furnishings and décor items. Each of these elements will be prepared for a smooth step 5.
5. Presentation
This is the most exciting step for most clients, as you now get to see your vision come to life. All of the items we have pulled together during Step 4 will be presented to you for your review and feedback.
6. budgeting
Once we have completed any required revisions and received your approval on the design package, we can assist you with obtaining the construction quotes to have your project now implemented. We have amazing contractors that complete the majority of our projects, but if you have your own, we are happy to work with your contractor as well.
7. project Overview
Once your project is underway, you may still feel like having some support to ensure all design intentions are followed through would be helpful to you. We are happy and prefer to be involved throughout your project as well. We can provide this service either on an hourly basis or a flat fee which can be quoted once decisions on the construction scope are finalized.
8. final stying
No renovation or new build is complete without the final decorative touches. This service includes sourcing, procuring, and placing furniture, art, area rugs, window coverings and accessories. We utilize our unique trade only vendors to create one of kind décor packages.
