The process begins with completing our inquiry form. If your project feels like a good fit, you’ll receive a link to schedule a 20-minute Zoom call with one of our designers. This allows us to learn more about your project, answer questions, and outline potential next steps. Next we meet for an in-home consultation to fully understand your lifestyle, project needs, timeline, and budget.
2.concept design
This phase ensures that we are moving in the right direction and allows us to collect feedback and refine designs for the next phase. It includes floor plans, elevations and inspiration images to confirm design direction.
3.detailed DESIGN
This is where your home becomes truly one-of-a-kind. This phase is where the bulk of the heavy lifting is done. Concepts turn into specific material selections, layout refinement & final design package.
4.design presentation
At this phase you are guided through a complete and organized presentation. This structured review allows for confident, informed decisions. Once the final round of revisions is complete, this package is used to complete final pricing for the project.
5.procurement & Coordination
Once approved, we manage the execution details. While your contractor handles the construction details, you have the option to use our services to oversee the design intent of your project, answer questions that arise during construction and oversee your decorating products.
6.furniture install & final styling
We make every attempt to coordinate this phase at one time to create an exciting final reveal for our clients. Days involved greatly depend on size of project. The result is a cohesive, fully realized home — ready to be lived in and enjoyed for many years to come.

While we do not manage contractors or act as the general contractor, we are available to attend key site visits, answer design-related questions, and provide clarification as needed to ensure the project is executed as intended.
Our level of involvement during construction can vary depending on the project and client needs. When we engage our own trades — such as wallpaper or drapery installers — we do oversee that work directly. This flexible approach allows us to support the process where it adds the most value, while respecting existing team structures and preferences.
