As an NKBA-accredited Kitchen & Bath Designer and Licensed Realtor, he offers a well-rounded perspective that bridges design, construction, and real estate.
With over 18 years of experience across more than 400 residential and commercial projects, Keith is known for his clear, methodical approach. His background in construction allows him to anticipate challenges early, support efficient collaboration with builders and trades, and guide projects smoothly from planning through completion.
A LEED Green Associate and Built Green certified professional, Keith is committed to sustainable building principles and long-term value. Actively involved in the local business community, he brings a steady, grounded presence to the design process — along with the discipline of a runner and triathlete, and a lifelong love of dogs (with cats growing on him, too).
