Is this the right fit?

Phase 1

This foundational phase sets the tone for the entire project and ensures we are aligned before moving into design.

After completing our inquiry form, we schedule a complimentary Zoom call to discuss your project, our services, and whether the Flawless Design Experience is the right fit.

Initial Consultation - $895.00+tax

Our design team meets with you in your home to conduct a lifestyle and needs assessment, define project scope, and align on timeline and investment expectations.

Please note: Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm. All meetings, presentations, and project communication occur during these hours.

Phase 2

Concept Design

We translate your vision into a cohesive design direction.

Includes:

Project Kick-Off & Site Measure

At the start of Phase 2, we schedule a project kick-off meeting. This meeting takes place in your home and coincides with the site measure and project photography.

During this meeting, we:

  • Confirm final scope, priorities, and goals

  • Review timelines, communication protocols, and next steps

  • Complete detailed site measurements

  • Capture before photos for design documentation

This step ensures the design phase begins with accurate information and clear alignment.

Floor Plans & Concept Elevations

Scaled drawings are used to review layouts, improve functionality, and address any known challenges within the space.

Conceptual 3D Rendering

To further support the design direction, we create one conceptual 3D rendering of a key space within the project. This rendering is intended to communicate the overall feel, scale, and design intent of the space, helping you visualize how the proposed elements come together before moving into detailed selections.

Overall Aesthetic Direction

Through inspiration imagery, project references, and style alignment, we establish the visual language for your home — setting the foundation for all future decisions.

This phase provides a clear roadmap for the project. Fees are project-specific and typically begin at $5,000 + tax.

Phase 3

detailed design & Custom Furnishings

The majority of design development occurs in this phase, preparing everything for final presentation and approval.

Includes:

Refined Design Drawings

Detailed plans and elevations outlining all design work, including millwork, cabinetry, electrical layouts, ceiling details, and furniture plans.

Finish, Fixture & Material Selections

All architectural finishes, lighting, plumbing fixtures, colour palettes, and millwork details are thoughtfully selected and specified.

During this phase, we may suggest curated visits to select supplier showrooms if we feel they will add value or are essential to confirming the best possible design decisions. These visits help ensure materials, finishes, and details are chosen with complete confidence.

As these visits are tailored and situational, they are not included in the original design quote and would be billed as an additional service.

Exclusive & Custom Furnishings

Trade-only and bespoke furnishings, window coverings, rugs, and décor are selected and tailored specifically to your home. We intentionally source beyond retail to ensure your space feels elevated, timeless, and entirely your own.

Design fees for this phase are typically approximately three times the Concept Design fees.

Phase 4

Design presentation & approvals

You are guided through a comprehensive and organized presentation of every design element.

Includes:

  • A near-final drawing set

  • Physical finish samples and digital fixture imagery

  • Furniture designs, layouts, and fabric selections

  • Furniture and décor pricing

One round of revisions is included. Additional revisions are always possible and billed as needed.

Once approvals are complete, this design package is used to finalize project pricing and budgeting.

Phase 5

procurement & project coordination

With approvals in place, we manage execution details to ensure design intent is carried through seamlessly.

Includes:

  • Ordering, tracking, and storage of furnishings and décor

  • Coordination of trades related to decorating (wallpaper, window coverings, art installation)

  • Delivery scheduling and installation planning

Custom and exclusive pieces often involve extended lead times, which are carefully planned for and managed throughout this phase.

Fees are typically one-third of the Detailed Design Phase.

Phase 6

Furniture installation & final Styling

This final phase brings everything together for the reveal.

Includes:

  • Our delivery, placement, and installation of all furnishings

  • Styling and finishing details sourced specifically for your home

  • Final walkthrough and reveal

  • Project Photography (when applicable)

We make every effort to coordinate installation in a single, impactful moment whenever possible. Timing varies depending on project scale.

The Result

A cohesive, fully realized home — thoughtfully designed, beautifully executed, and ready to be lived in and enjoyed for years to come.
